  • None. When we work with you there are no fees or commissions for you to pay at all. In fact we pay the fees that you would normally have to, including solicitor fees and Energy Performance Certificate costs.

  • Yes we will. We quite often will buy the house with the tenant in there, which means you will receive rent on the property right through until the day the sale completes. This means you don’t have to give the tenant notice to be able to have an empty the property to carry out lots of viewings.
